• 5.6 acres of parkland

• 10.4 acres of existing plaza

• Zoned for commercial

• 2015 the City put in the BRT line

• Predicted to be about 8,000 people living and working at the new development 

• 15 - 20+ years of construction

• Building/Selling in phases

Stats for those six towers: 

• 1,165 Units 

• 2,563 Occupants, 

• Heights: Tower 1 - 50m; Tower 2 - 65m; Tower 3 - 80m; Tower 4 - 96m; Tower 5 - 65m; Tower 6 - 65m

• Please only address the 6 towers on the parkland as that’s what’s being brought forth to Council at this point.
