Membership Drive Overview

Our goal for the 2016 Membership Drive is to increase Membership by 20% for a more sustainable community association. We also will not stop there with also putting focus on improving our communication - with print, websites, signs and emails to all our members and residents. We hope to expand interaction with the entire community through both residents and our local businesses, like you.

We will be having a minimum of 40 volunteers helping out. We plan to keep the canvassers as close to their home as possible, so they can meet their neighbours. There will be a 'Thank You' party at the Community Hall.

At the “Thank-you” Afternoon Party, we will have fun games for the kids, music, food and drinks! A great way to meet your community and celebrate the day’s success and hard work!

We will be sharing the following advantages of being a HCA member:

• Tennis and Pickleball

• More Events (minimum of 4 events/year) and Programs to come

• Staying Informed and Involved w/event updates and what is happening in our community

We are happy to be able to continue to offer affordable hall rentals; and our well used skating rinks, tennis and basketball courts, and parks for all ages. In addition to helping improve the quality of our programs and events available, funding our association membership drive supports bringing Haysboro residents together.
