Hello! My name is Karen (AKA Miss Karebear or Karebelle) I have been teaching, performing, choreographing dance - namely lyrical, urban contemporary and street styles- for over 20 years. I am AFLCA certified and have been teaching group fitness classes for over 17 years.
I truly believe dancing is essential to developing personal clarity and creativity through bodily expression and sensation, and is a powerful ally to a holistic and healthy life.
