Our teachers are experienced, caring educators who are passionate about early childhood learning and development.

Haysboro Community Preschool is proud to have university-educated teachers who create engaging, supportive classroom environments where children can thrive.


Ms. Allison

  • Years teaching: 16

  • Education: B. Ed & ECE Level 3

  • Favorite part of teaching preschool:

  • Favorite preschool activity: I love so many of our activities, it’s hard to choose. Top 3: play dough, any craft that includes painting and building(blocks/lego/train tracks) 

  • What makes Haysboro Preschool special?  Joining the preschool as a teacher has been an amazing experience for me. I’ve met my  neighbours and they are now our dearest friends.

Fun fact:  My children attend Haysboro Preschool. It was a wonderful experience for our family.  Miss Allison loves to garden, build Lego and ride her Vespa.


Ms. Laura

  • Years teaching:12

  • Education: B. Ed & ECE Level 3

  • Favorite part of teaching preschool: I love getting to know each of our amazing students and watching them grow and develop throughout the year.

  • Favorite preschool activity: I love circle time! We sing songs, learn poems, play games and read amazing books!

  • What makes Haysboro Preschool special? Haysboro has an amazing sense of community. The families are so supportive.

Fun fact: I love singing with my students and believe every preschool day needs a little music!


Ms. Julie

  • Years teaching: 19

  • Education: B.Ed & ECE Level 3

  • Favorite part of teaching preschool: Spending time with the children!  Getting to know each individual personality and making them smile

  • Favorite preschool activity: Singing, playing, crafts and reading books together 

  • What makes Haysboro Preschool special? Community!  Building lasting relationships with the students and their families. Special events like skating day, bike day and zoo day are always so memorable

Fun fact: I loved Haysboro Preschool so much when my son went there that when a teaching opportunity arose I jumped at the chance
