Our Tai-chi instructor, Julie Freedman Smith, has been studying Tai Chi for 13 years and is a certified Level Two instructor with Living Tai Chi. Julie enjoys teaching children and adult alike; supporting her students to accept where they are and to grow at a pace that works for them.

Tuesdays and Fridays – 9:15 am-10:15am

HCA Members - $90.00 (includes GST)

Non-members - $100.00 (includes GST)

One Day/Week

Registration and payment to be made online or at the Hall Office prior to each session. Session will be cancelled if not enough registrants.
